Ebooks
We do not allow returns or refunds for ebooks purchased through PayPal checkout on our website. If you have trouble accessing an ebook you paid for, please contact us for technical support.
Print Books
We do not sell print copies of our books on our website. Any returns and refunds must be coordinated with the distributor from whom you purchased the book, such as Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
Book Merch
Returns for book merch purchased on our website are not allowed. However, we may offer partial refunds, full refunds, or product exchanges in the following cases:
- The merch was never received
- The merch arrived damaged
- The merch arrived with obvious signs of use
To address these issues, please contact us. We may request additional information such as receipts and photos to determine whether your refund or exchange will be approved.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within one week, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you’ve already done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Late Book Merch Exchanges
If you were approved for a book merch exchange, please be patient. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. You can request updates on the shipment status by contacting us.
