Delivery Times
If you ordered a published ebook or audiobook, you should receive a download link via email within 5 minutes of your purchase.
If your ebook or audiobook download doesn’t arrive, or you have difficulty transferring it to your preferred platform, (e.g., Kindle, iBooks), please email our digital product distributor at help@bookfunnel.com. They’ll respond within 24 business hours to help resolve the issue.
Preorders
If you preordered an upcoming ebook or audiobook, you’re automatically queued to receive a download link on launch day at 12:00 AM EST.
Simply ensure that you receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes of your purchase to verify that the correct email address has been queued. If you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us directly at info@lostislandpress.com.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not allow ebook or audiobook refunds.

As a small publisher, we individually print and package each book, which may take a little longer than mass-market publishers. To thank you for your patience, we include a free ebook with every paperback or hardcover purchase so you can start reading right away. If you already have the ebook, you can even share your bonus download link with a friend as a gift! 🎁

Refund Policy
For paperbacks and hardcovers, we may offer partial refunds, full refunds, or product replacements if you receive a damaged product (e.g., torn pages, water damage, broken binding, or major printing errors).
