We outsource parts of some projects to independent remote contractors: cover designers, illustrators, and editors.
Email a resume or portfolio link to info@lostislandpress.com, with the subject Contractor: your role. Send links, not large attachments.
We keep some submissions on file and contact you only when a project fits. Because of volume, we cannot reply to everyone and we do not confirm receipt. Please do not follow up.
We offer internships occasionally, not on a set schedule. They last 4–12 weeks, in editorial, design, or marketing, and interns work on real projects.
